Small modular barrel unit system
Many combination possibilities cover a broad range of applications:
- GALVANET®-barrel units for the use in automated plating lines (available for different barrel sizes)
- GALVANET®-manual plating units to be hooked onto a bus bar (available for different barrel sizes)
- with bevel gear drive for low displacement
- with integrated rotation speed control
- special version for electrolyte injection on request
Accessories:
- to be used with GALVANET®-barrels with replaceable sieve fabric panels (available in various mesh sizes and different barrel sizes)
- to be used with GALVA-K®-barrels for the treatment of micro-sized workpieces (available with various perforation types)
- to be used with GALVALIGHT®-barrels with sieve fabric panels (available in various mesh sizes)
Applications: Ideal solution for the surface treatment of small delicate and sensitive workpieces or bulk material like parts from the watchmaking industry, jewellery industry, electronics industry, seminconductor industry or medical technology.
